Healthy diet and exercise - a leaner, happier you
Healthy diet and more exercise - but where to start?
This website is aimed at people (especially beginners) who want to know about how to improve their diet and get more exercise, and so improve their health, but who don't know where to start.
And don't worry, I won't insist you have to eat some bizarre diet and go for a 10 mile run every morning at 5am!
Although of course you can if you want to - once you understand a little more about why healthy diet and exercise matter, and the basic principles of how they affect your body, you can make those sorts of decisions for yourself. But the reality is that making some small, relatively easy changes to improve our diet and get more exercise will always be better than doing nothing, and so hopefully this site will give you the information you need to make those small changes that could make a big difference when it comes to health and weight loss.
This site aims to build your knowledge from the ground up, which will work best if you read the articles in order. Therefore you are advised to start with the introduction to diet / nutrition.
